Our 5 step sofa cleaning process
1.) Vacuum: We use a professional, high-filtration vacuum and thoroughly vacuum the frames, arms and cushions of your sofas and chairs, ensuring we get into all the creases and openings.
2.) Pre-extraction treatment: Depending on the type of fabric, we may apply an upholstery shampoo or pre-spray your upholstery with a solution that will start to break down soils and bacteria. We will then massage these solutions into the fibres and apply any additional stain removal products that are needed.
3.) Extraction: When appropriate, we use the hot water extraction method of cleaning (in some cases we may need to use a dry clean method). Our machines extract soil particles, stains and moisture and minimise drying times.
4.) Deodorising & stain protection: We deodorise your fabric and apply high-quality stainguard at no extra cost. This leaves your furniture smelling fantastic and helps to protect it from permanent staining.
5.) Dry & groom: Depending on fibre type, we may groom your fabrics to improve appearance and help them dry. And although we remove as much moisture as possible during the cleaning process, also use air movers to help reduce drying times.
