Our 6 step carpet cleaning process
1.) Inspection: We inspect your carpets and identify the type of fibres and individual stains that will need specialist treatments. This will also determine which cleaning solution will achieve the best results.
2.) Moving furniture: We move any items that can be safely moved in order to clean all areas of the carpet. If some items cannot be moved then we will clean around them.
3.) Vacuuming: We use a powerful, professional vacuum to remove loose soil particles and grit for the carpet fibres prior to pre-spraying.
4.) Pre-spray: The carpet fibres are sprayed with a solution that will begin to loosen the soils. Any individual stains will be treated with additional stain removal products if needed.
5.) Agitation: After several minutes of allowing the cleaning solutions to dwell, we begin agitating the carpet fibres to continue breaking down the stsains and soils prior to extraction.
6.) Hot water extraction: Using a combination of heat, water and suction, our powerful carpet cleaning machine extracts the soil particles , stains and moisture from the carpet.
