They arrived exactly when they said they would and got straight to work on cleaning my two bedroom carpets, landing, and stairs. I left them to it, and when I came home I was so pleased to see carpets that looked fresh, clean, and were already dry. Even my landlords visited afterwards and were really pleased with how the carpets looked, which says a lot about the quality of the work. “I am not sure why this review didn’t post last time, but in recommending a friend to Elite Upholstery Care I had to re-write a review. We were served by David after a spill and then an unsuccessful detergent stain on a sentimental sofa. Knowing how anxiety inducing furniture damages like this can be, I was very grateful that David came out to view the damage literally the next day, slotting us into his busy schedule. He took a look, and came back only a few days later with the right tools to repair the damage and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased by his fast communication, timely attention, knowledge of fabric and 10/10 cleaning abilities. I think half the challenge with furniture damage is the emotional part, and I felt so rest assured under David’s expertise.
