- How often should I get my carpets and sofas cleaned?Along with the major carpet and furniture manufacturers, we recommend that carpets and upholstery are professionally cleaned every 12-18 months to prolong their lifespan and keep them hygienic.
- How long will it take for my carpets to dry?Drying time will depend on the type of carpet but man made carpets will usually only tske a couple of hours to dry and wool carpets a couple of hours extra. They are fine to walk on straight after the clenaing process but may be slightly damp to touch.
- Do I have to move furniture?We generally move objects such as sofas, footstools and side tables. Heavy items such as beds, tv’s and bookshelves or any valuable items are usually best to remian in place and we can clesan under them or carefully around them.
- Is every stain guaranteed to be removed?While we cannot guarantee every stain can be removed successfully, we will advise you if some stains are likely to be permanent. We have extensive stain removal experience and training and so you've got the reassurance that if we can't remove your stains then nobody can!
- How do you take payment?We accept cash, card payement and online bank transfer.

- Is it true that carpets get dirty quicker once they have been cleaned?No, this only happens if excess residue is left in the carpet. Our process achieves fresh and clean carpets that stay clean for longer.
